1. Sell At Your Company Performances:
* Decide which items you would like to sell.
* Order them from Dance Xtras. When you order, let us know this is for a fund raiser, and the date needed so that we are sure to have them on hand for you. Be sure to order the number for the Quantity Discount!
* Price your items appropriately. Most studios charge the same or a little more than our retail price (without quantity discount).
* Always let patrons know that proceeds of your sale are raising funds for your dance company.
* Set up an attractive area to sell at your recitals and performances.

2. Take Orders In Your Studio:
* Post your sample purchased from Dance Xtras in a prominent location where students and parents can easily see it.
* Make it easy to order - set up the samples by a table or with a clipboard with a sign up sheet and pen. Also take orders via newsletters, flyers, etc. Payments should accompany the orders!
* Set an order deadline to encourage closing sales.
* Order the final number of items from Dance Xtras and distribute at your studio.
* Be sure to order the minimum # of items required for the quantity discount!
